- It is very important to comply with the age and height requirements indicated in the circuits you have selected (see circuits section).
- If there is a person over 100 kilos in weight, the park staff should be notified.

- The activity can be done in the rain.
- In case of rain, wind or adverse conditions that exceed the established safety thresholds, park staff may suspend, postpone or cancel the activity, according to the clauses established in the booking conditions.
- For groups of individuals or families a booking is not required, but it is highly recommended in order to avoid waiting and guarantee the activity being available.
- Last minute bookings are subject to availability, and the activity will not be guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
- In the case of school groups and youth groups (camps, free time, etc.) a booking must be made at least 2 days in advance.
- To get here by bus, the route passes through the town of Lekeitio, towards Mendexa. We are 4 kms from the centre of Lekeitio.
- Public transport: Bizkaibus route “Lekeitio-Mendexa” stopping at the town centre of Mendexa, 1.2 km from the Park.
- We have a customer service office, space to store backpacks and personal items, male and female bathrooms, and parking.
- For our customers, the park has a picnic space with wooden benches and At the moment, there is no bar service, so you must bring everything you need.
- You should bring comfortable clothes (not too loose) and sports shoes that protect your feet. No sandals or flip flops are allowed. Be aware that clothes may become stained with resin or other similar substances.
- Gloves are not necessary, but people with sensitive hands can bring their own gloves or buy them at the park. Fingerless or thin gloves are recommended.
- There are no changing rooms in the park, there are only toilets. All participants are advised to arrive dressed in the clothes they will use.
- Pockets must be emptied before putting on the harness.
- People with long hair should tie it up or back.
- The park will equip the participants with a harness, ropes, hook, pulley and helmet.
- Own equipment is not permitted to be used.
- It is important to arrive at the agreed time in order to do all your activities.
- Upon arrival, go to the reception booth where the details of the booking are formalised.
- It is advisable to go to bathroom before kitting yourself out.
- People who are not going to participate can enter the facilities. They must however stay out of the arrival areas of the zip lines, and within areas designated for companions.
- The monitors explain the instructions for kit use and safety, and the circuits.
- Languages: The monitors speak Basque and Spanish. For groups in English, please notify in advance.
- Before starting the routes, all the participants practice at low altitude in the practice circuit. After this trial run, the monitors then permit going onto the first circuit.
- We will help you choose the routes that suit your needs, ages, heights and other specifics.
- It is very important to follow the monitors’ instructions at all times to ensure your safety and the proper traversing of the routes.
- Follow the information on the signs and instructions given in the park posters.
- Participants have the obligation to report any physical, mental and sensory disabilities. Participants also agree not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other medication that may affect their ability to react.
